Our backgrounds span structural steel erection, pressure vessel rigging, boilermaker work, blueprint interpretation, 8-figure capital program oversight, vendor management, and independent shop audits — earned across major industrial sites throughout the region.

Background in capital project management, multi-discipline contractor oversight, vendor management, fabrication shop auditing, and engineering-driven project execution across large industrial environments. Brings structured planning, schedule discipline, and owner-side accountability to every ECCStrat engagement.
NCCER-certified Rigger and Ironworker with experience since 2007 across major industrial construction sites including chemical plants, refineries, and processing facilities throughout Texas. Expertise in structural steel erection, boiler and pressure vessel rigging, flange alignment and torquing, crane and hoist operation, tube sheet drilling, blueprint interpretation, and lockout/tagout compliance. Multi-year project tenures with proven safety and performance records. Comes fully equipped with a professional tool set ready for immediate deployment.

Full residential roof tear-off and replacement. Debris removal, decking inspection, and new roofing installation managed start to finish with ECCStrat oversight.
This residential project included a full ECCStrat-produced roofing drawing package: 10 roof facets, 5/12 predominant pitch, 341 ft of eaves, and complete valley and hip measurements documented before a single shingle was touched.
Full-wall custom cabinetry and built-in closet system installation. Floor-to-ceiling storage with integrated hanging rods, adjustable shelving, and drawer units — measured, sourced, and installed to spec.
Complete tear-out of existing tile countertops throughout the kitchen — including island, perimeter counters, and sink area — replaced with custom-cut granite. Cooktop cutout, undermount sink integration, and corner seam work all executed to spec.
