A father-and-son firm combining a decade and a half of certified field craft with engineering-grade project leadership. We bring the discipline of large-scale capital programs to every residential and commercial project we touch.
Most contractors show up with tools. We show up with a mechanical engineering degree, NCCER certifications, and 15+ years of hands-on field accountability. That combination is rare — and it protects your investment at every stage.
ECCStrat was founded by a father-and-son team with deep roots in the Texas Panhandle. Our backgrounds span structural steel erection, pressure vessel rigging, boilermaker work, blueprint interpretation, 8-figure capital program oversight, vendor management, and independent shop audits — earned across major industrial sites throughout the region.
We've planned lift sequences, torqued high-pressure flanges, navigated vendor crises, managed contractor teams, and executed complex project schedules under real accountability. When we manage your project, you get that same standard applied to your home or business.
B.S. General Engineering (Mechanical Emphasis), Texas Christian University, GPA 3.6. Background in capital project management, multi-discipline contractor oversight, vendor management, fabrication shop auditing, and engineering-driven project execution across large industrial environments. Brings structured planning, schedule discipline, and owner-side accountability to every ECCStrat engagement.
NCCER-certified Rigger and Ironworker with experience since 2007 across major industrial construction sites including chemical plants, refineries, and processing facilities throughout Texas. Expertise in structural steel erection, boiler and pressure vessel rigging, flange alignment and torquing, crane and hoist operation, tube sheet drilling, blueprint interpretation, and lockout/tagout compliance. Multi-year project tenures with proven safety and performance records. Comes fully equipped with a professional tool set ready for immediate deployment.
Every project we take on gets the same level of attention — documented, managed, and executed with accountability. Here's a look at recent work from the ECCStrat team.
Full residential roof tear-off and replacement. Debris removal, decking inspection, and new roofing installation managed start to finish with ECCStrat oversight.
This residential project included a full ECCStrat-produced roofing drawing package: 10 roof facets, 5/12 predominant pitch, 341 ft of eaves, and complete valley and hip measurements documented before a single shingle was touched.
Full-wall custom cabinetry and built-in closet system installation. Floor-to-ceiling storage with integrated hanging rods, adjustable shelving, and drawer units — measured, sourced, and installed to spec.
Complete tear-out of existing tile countertops throughout the kitchen — including island, perimeter counters, and sink area — replaced with custom-cut granite. Cooktop cutout, undermount sink integration, and corner seam work all executed to spec.
From owner's representation to field inspections, ECCStrat provides engineering-caliber project oversight for residential and commercial clients in the Texas Panhandle.
Your interests, exclusively. We act as your expert advocate on-site and at the table — managing contractors, reviewing bids, tracking schedules, and making sure quality standards are met at every phase.
Engineering-grade project leadership for residential and commercial builds. We bring capital project discipline to your renovation, build-out, or new construction — on time, on budget, and documented.
Not sure where to start? We provide structured consulting engagements — scope definition, contractor interviews, risk review, and planning — so you enter your project with clarity and confidence.
From roofing to full interior build-outs, we manage residential renovation projects with the same accountability applied to 8-figure capital programs. Your home deserves that standard.
Tenant improvements, office fit-outs, and light commercial construction — managed by a team that understands both field execution and engineering documentation requirements.
Independent, professional field inspections and fabrication shop audits. We've reviewed vendor quality programs, workforce competency, and equipment readiness on major industrial sites — the same rigor applies to your project.
Backed by a mechanical engineering degree and real capital program experience, every ECCStrat project starts with a structured scope, a realistic schedule, and documented decision-making — not guesswork.
NCCER-certified rigging and ironwork expertise since 2007. We've read lift plans, inspected rigging hardware, torqued high-pressure flanges, and erected structural steel on major industrial sites. We know exactly what quality field work looks like — and when it isn't.
We represent your interests exclusively — not the contractor's. From bid review to punch list, every recommendation we make is in your favor. No kickbacks, no shortcuts, no conflicts of interest.
Experience conducting independent fabrication shop audits — reviewing vendor quality programs, workforce competency, and equipment status. The same rigorous audit mindset protects your residential or commercial project from day one.
We learn your project, goals, timeline, and budget in a free 30-minute consultation.
We define scope, identify risks, and build a realistic project plan with clear milestones.
We vet, interview, and help select the right contractors for your specific project needs.
We manage execution — site visits, schedule tracking, quality checks, and owner reporting.
Punch list, final inspections, documentation, and handover — we don't leave until it's right.
